Jenkins Security: CVE-2023-24436 Free Audit

Step 1: Gain Read Access The attacker needs a Jenkins user account with at least Overall/Read permission. This could be:

1. A contractor with limited access
2. A former employee whose account wasn't disabled
3. A compromised developer account
